nathalie would be your best guide for this. she goes every year and loves the kids. you should bug her about it and see if you can meet up. i don't think it is by any one's house though.
it's just over the hill from my house (~1 mile walk or bus), i've never been because it's always so cold/rainy and no one else wants to go...i'm down! we can warm up at my house before.
