i was chillin with my bro at the kitchen table.. and thanks to my school earthquake drills, jumped under the table and covered my head, yelling at everyone to do the same! lol!
my parents ran into the other room to hold up the fishtank. i was like .. "mom! dad! get in the doorway!!!"

I think I was living in Marysville or Linda? I wasn't close enough to feel it. I love your story!

playing 2 hand touch in charles spanagle's front yard. his sister's car almost rolled out of the garage. we were jumping up and down and that it was fun. remember going in after and seeing the pool in the back yard sloshing around and then seeing his mom watching the news about the bay bridge.

I was living in Sunol. Watching tv afterschool. We ran out to the horse arena because that is where we went when there was earthquakes. My sister was skinny dipping in the pool and ran to the arena naked. Ha.

I was sitting with my sister and her best friend, Greg, on the couch in our living room. He was teaching me how to add fractions, and I was having a tough time with common denominators. We all ran into the doorway, and then sat on the front lawn with the portable radio. I began to cry because I realized my teddy bear was still in the house, upstairs. My sister, bless her, ran and got him, even though my mom freaked out about her entering the house. My mom started to cry when they reported about the bay bridge, she was so worried about my dad driving home. (He was fine.)
