the fair!

this is our yearly family portrait. fabulous right? ok..so when we went to matt and jens wedding i had the photographer take a pic of all of us. since we really dont have a professional one. and .. its a rare occasion to get a pic of all of us looking at the camera and dressed nice. i went online to buy it today, and its $65 for a 4x6. uh.....ok. so...im pretty stoked right now on our photobooth tradition. $5 family photo. priceless.

the haunted house!! which, btw i thought i was torturing my kids by taking them on, but avery came out and said "i want to do it again all by myself!!" i was like, Ok you crazy little man. and june and him went on it again together! ha ha!!! i was seriously worried he might try to jump out and run around once he got inside. but..they came out on the other side, although he was standing up hanging over the edge of the car thing with this huge smile on his face .what a ham.

ok, so this is the best story ever. brandon took avery through the fun house by himself to distract him since he was too small to go on the roller coaster. brandon couldnt stop laughing when he told us avery walked into the fun house, ran straight into the "mirror" in the maze and fell down backwards on the ground. evidently he ran straight into a mirror two more times!! ha ha!! i wish i could have seen that. the second time..he kepst his hands out as juniper pushed him along using him as a shield.
ok, thats me the first time around on the "giant spinning shells" as juniper calls them. the second time, i seriously barfed a little in my mouth.
