Neat! I think that is Arbutus unedo, also known as Strawberry tree. I would have to see it person to be sure --- if it is that tree, the fruits are edible, but fairly tasteless, and are usually fermented to make alcohol. BUT BUT BUT I wouldn't try any of that based on a photo identification! I'll look at it next time I'm around! LOVES!
