so, avery had his first big sleepover at grandma and grandpas house. wow! both our kids...away for the night! Usually, when we go out, on rare occassions, my mom comes here...but..they were there..
it was last minute, and we had no plans, & decided to take advantage of the opportunity that we could do whatever we damn well pleased!!! so..dinner and a movie? yay! we got ready in peace, the house was quiet . we made a drink. we came home.. and no one was here!!! It was strange!
we went ot on the border and got margaritas (the BIG ones) and then saw the new harvey milk movie! WOW!!!!!!! incredible film. loved it. The audience started clapping at the end, which was strange. i didnt clap. but... i really loved it.
oh! and i got a pair of hand-me-down uggs. and im never taking them off!!!
i had always wanted them, and after years of crappy payless vegan shoes giving me plantar fascitis and bunions and just downright cold feet...im sold on animal skin and sheep fur. so sorry charlie. im getting old. and desperate times call for desperate measures.
