Ho'ike

We had a wonderful time taking part in this beautiful show. The music was incredible, the people are so nice,the colors are so vibrant, the energy and stories each dance portrays is just awesome.

And i of course love how its all connected to mother earth. I must have been Hawaiian in a past life. cause i just love everything about it.
Juniper did such an amazing job. i was so proud of her. and she had a blast.

This is the "bird of paradise" costume. The first time she put it on she said "mommy...do I look like a bird of paradise??" Of course I said Yes, and then she said "but mommy...birds dont have braids on their heads do they?" he heee i love it.
